  I can't say enough good about the new roof installation and removal of my old roof by the team at Lee's Roofing! Quick, efficient and professional from the start to finish. I was not only happy with the project but the team of installers were courteous and highly skilled. I was able to watch as they quickly worked to complete the job. Cleanup was equally impressive.

  Outstanding service from beginning to end! Tear off and installation of our new roof was completed in one day. Cost was $2,500 less than a local competitor using the exact same shingles.

  Only reason I'm even giving one star is they were (initially) very responsive to our call. Called near the end of October regarding our add-on leaking after bad rain. They showed up a couple days later and inspected the roof. I asked if there was anything they needed, to which I was told no, and that they would be in touch. Well it's December now, and we had yet to hear back, so we decided to move on to a company that was more interested in our business. Disappointed as this company was my first choice, and I was absolutely determined to go through Lee's due to the good reviews, and happy customers.

  Terry, We take thorough notes for all of our phone calls. We went back through our notes and we had a Terry Snyder from Plain City call and leave a voicemail asking if we do fascia and spouting work. The number that was left was bad and we couldn't call back. We have no record of your address or being at your property. An easy follow-up call from you would have probably been faster and more productive than the time spent writing a bad review. We pride ourselves in having happy customers and good reviews. If it in fact was us that dropped the ball we sincerely apologize! We hope that your concerns were resolved by the other contractor. Merry Christmas!
