  Our home has been in our family for decades. The back portion of our home was built in the 1880’s with the front portion built in 1921. While we had some work done a few years ago to the middle portion of the home, the top, porch, and very back portion needed to be replaced due to leaking and general wear and tear. The first number I called was Kenneth Daniel remodeling. They answered me back right away and Brian came out and gave us a quote within a week. I called around to get some other quotes to compare, and either no one responded or they responded and didn’t follow up. The crew from Kenneth Daniel construction consistently kept in communication, gave us a good price on the roof, they let us know when they were coming and were very upfront about everything they were going to do. The crew finished all of the work in about a week and a half. They worked from the early morning until some nights at around 8:30 pm. The crew were friendly and very respectful and their supervisor, Linwood, came in and chatted with my elderly parents one day, which they very much enjoyed. The crew cleaned up behind themselves every day and kept the yard as tidy as possible. They made sure to go around every night and get up any nails that had been dropped. All in all we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did! Highly recommended.

  Jonathan did a great job repairing the roof of my aging mom’s home. He was on time. Very friendly. Very professional. Explained the steps in detail before beginning the job. I have had issues with other companies in the past who did not do quality work; so happy to find a company we could trust.
