  The Kalispell real estate market is booming right now, and I tried for almost 3 weeks without any success to get a roof inspection. A few roofers committed to do it, but never showed up. The rest of the roofers never even called back. I had 24 hours left to complete an inspection and submit a bid to the sellers of a home I was purchasing and thought that there was no chance. Then, I found J and L. I left a message briefly explaining my situation, and within 5 minutes had a response from Austin! He said that he would go out later that day and also provide a bid the next morning. Austin is a man of his word, and I got the bid the next morning as he had promised. I am very grateful to him and have a lot of respect for people with integrity.
