  Disrespectful GCs even when you show them respect, poorly ran, always trying to keep promises they can't make, quick to blame someone even if it had nothing to with them

  Jon took time out of his busy schedule to visit with me on a project that Imperial isn’t even involved with and offered to go out of his way to send me some info on various materials they have used. If that’s the time and effort he’d put in on a job that wasn’t even theirs, I can’t imagine the service and value that they bring to their customers.
