  Dustin Pozen came out to inspect our roof and instructed us of the process. He took pictures, eagle views and submitted all the needed information to the adjuster for a roof replacement. All we had to do was submit the claim to our insurance and he took care of the rest. He was very professional, answered our calls promptly, came early on the day of installation and even came the day after to make sure everything was cleaned up. Roof was installed in one day and looks great. We had a great experience with ideal precision roofing.

  We were less than 1 year in the new home when baseball size hail fell in May '21. Thanks to Dustin Pozan and his team for the tremendous job replacing the roof and gutter. They meticulously installed a quality product and within the timeline promised. We took time evaluating our repair company options before selecting Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors.   Ideal Precision exceeded all expectations on our roof! We had horrible hail damage from recent storms and needed a replacement. Our new roof is incredible! The architectural shingle and ridge vents truly stand out amongst other company’s roofs. The roof installation looks SO good and boosted our curb appeal. The team worked efficiently and didn’t cut any corners, ensuring every aspect of our structure was inspected and done correctly. Josh Gomez was fantastic and walked us through the entire process - he patiently explained everything and helped navigate us every step of the way. His impeccable customer service, fast communication, and roofing knowledge eased our hesitations and made us feel confident that we had made the right decision.
