Everyone was wonderful and very reliable.  I have never experienced such excellent service with a contractor.  George kept me up on the details of the repair, did everything he said he was going to and time frames were communicated with me and kept up.  I would use them again.  Took care of alot of the insurance aspects of the repair also.  The condo looks better than it did before the damage.  Very pleased.

I have maintained a relationship with HPR since their amazing roof and fence repair 5 years ago with the last major storm in my neighborhood. After I called my insurance, HPR was the next call with the recent hail damage to my roof, windows, and fence. Mack, George and Seth made sure they were an active part of every step. HPR was at my home for the insurance inspection and at the start and finish of every step of repairs. They were very responsive to every request I had and HOA information I needed to provide. I was one of the first homes in my neighborhood to get repairs, which was a relief with the additional brutal weather we had after that initial storm. Mack and George texted me frequent updates on repair timing and spoke to me about options with each repair. I felt they understood the value I wanted to maintain in my home as well as the esthetics I wanted to present in my home’s exterior.

George came out to look at my roof that needs replacing and also to look and see where a leak I had was coming from. I thought it was the roof, however it turned out to be the bay window I have wasn’t sealed properly outside in some places and without even asking they took care of it and sealed it for me at no cost. It’s been an ongoing problem for several years and my contractor couldn’t even figure it out. Yet 5 minutes and it was fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone. When I reached out to see about coming to look at my roof George was here in two days. Three of my neighbors used him and love the work and are very happy with it. I will be getting my roof replaced as well.

I have had HPR replace roof several years ago due to baseball size hail. Their sevice was excellent and I was glad to work with them as a were a local business with a strong reputation. The day after a recent hail storm on the evening of 11-10-21, they came by my home to inspect for any damages. Fortunately the superior shingles they had installed were still in great shape, so nothing needed to be done. If I ever need their services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

2 guys came out. One was owner. Really liked both. Inspected our roof and siding where water from the storms has penetrated.  Fixed a few areas others had missed. Highly recommend! I believe I will stick w them over the other 6 that have come to our home. Please contact them w your home roofing/window issues. Always need more great guys like this around!
