Steve, Brain and everyone that I spoke with at Harris Roofing was extremely professional, responsive, and courteous. My wife and I had a full roof replacement done and could not be happier. Steve's crew of workers were beyond clean. There were no scraps of shingle or nails in my lawn. They even went so far so to clean out my gutters of debris. Top notch work and workers. I'd recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I used them in 2020 to replace part of the roof for solar panel installtion although my roof is still in good condition. Harris was nice to talk to, price is in middle range of the quotes I got. We decided to go with him. The installation was smooth. After the job was done, we gave him the check. We kept asking for an official receipt for warranty and tax purpose(in case we want to sell the house down the road), he either says yes and never mail the receipt to me or just ignored my emails. At the beginning we thought he might be very busy due to covid, so was waited a while before asking again. It is two years later, we still didn't get receipt from him. I have no idea why he does so. Does he do it for tax purpose? I got an email from Steve right after I posted this review asking if he can make back to me. I immediately replied the email, but after a day or two, I got a failed delivery email. I tried to use a different email address I used before, got error delivery again, I tried to copy and paste the email on his website, cross my finger and hope he/his office can receive this. I will update this review later on. It's been a week since I last updated the review. Although there are technical difficulty to send/reply him emails, I have got the warranty issue resolved, the invoice also sent via email. Steve apologized to me and get everything done quickly. Thanks.
