  I've worked with Gates on two occasions now. The first was a comprehensive remodel of our kitchen and adjacent living areas to transform our 1960's main-level into a more useable, open concept. Luis and Brian were to phenomenal to work with. We shared our vision with them and they were able to make it a reality. Given the great experience with the remodel we reached out to Gates last Fall when it was time to replace the original siding on our house with maintenance free LP siding. Again, working with Gates was a breeze. The work was done as promised, on time and our house came out better than I expected. The next time there is a house project that's more than I want to tackle I will reach out to Luis and team once again to assist.

  Bruce Gates and his entire staff have been great to work with. They are very professional, hardworking and overall just a pleasure to work with. The crew that came out replaced our roof on both our house as well as our garage and they did a fantastic job. The roof looks great and the cleanup perfect! This has been the 2nd time we have used Gates Contractors and both times they have been wonderful. I highly recommend them. Thanks for another job well done!!!

  We hired Gates General Contractors to replace our roof and gutters after sustaining hail damage in August 2019. Bruce was very responsive and proved to be both patient and trustworthy as we moved through the process. This was the first time we had dealt with a major insurance claim, and Bruce really made the process straight-forward. When we were vetting contractors, the Gates reviews we read seemed almost too good to be true, but our experience turned out to be the same. His crew and sub-contractors took great care to do a quality job, protect landscaping, and look after all the details. At one point, Bruce personally intervened when there was a question about how to handle getting the materials to our roof because the truck driver had a policy to not stabilize his truck on a paver driveway. Bruce came up with a solution that worked for me, but that directly cost him money. We would hire Gates again in a second, and recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done.
