  They responded quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and started a few days before they thought they would. The workers were very nice, cleaned up each day and did a wonderful job! Would recommend to Anyone!

  Had them build us a composite front deck and pool deck. Fabulous job ,looks awesome. No issues whatsoever and if there was something we didn't like they wouldn't hesitate to fix. Will for sure to use them on any future projects.

  I contracted Freedom Home Crafters in December of 2020 for a simple siding and gutter installation job. It is now June 15th of 2021 and they have yet to contact me with an installation date. I currently believe that this business may be a scam and simply cannot believe any of the reviews left on this site. They have worse than poor customer service and I have no idea how good their work is as they refuse to do the job. I am currently waiting for a refund of $3500 or 1/3 of the total contracted price. I will probably need to take them to court to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Original review above ^^^^^ The day after posting the review above, the contractor was suddenly available to start my project. 2 months later the job is complete. They put a new roof on my home and new siding. Keep in mind that this home is less than 2000sf. The vast majority of the time they only had 1 person here working. If you are expecting a crew to come out and complete the job in a day or two, I would suggest ensuring that it is in your contract with them.
