  Unfortunately, the company did not complete all services in which we were quoted and have already paid for. They provided services 16 months ago and we have reached out numerous times without success to resolve this issue. A new attic vent was to be installed along with installation of the roof, as per our service contract (written proof). During the day of the installation, the foreman said this information was not conveyed to him. After reviewing the contract with the foreman, he did take measurements. Since then, we haven't heard from the company further despite several calls with regards to the vent. Additionally, yearly inspections of the roof were apart of their offer. We never heard from them at 12 months out. We have called several times and still no one has come out to do a "yearly inspection." We have several areas of the roof that are lifting and were hopeful the inspector would see and fix these issues. Unfortunately, this review is our last ditch effort to obtain answers/results.
