  The team that installed my gutters were very nice however the installation job seems very poor. The owner whom I delt with directly promised to help me with diverting my water from my downspout and then later told me that is not his responsibility. He seemed very helpful at first in helping me divert water from my driveway which is casing flooding in my garage. But proved later that he only was helpful to get the sale. After said and done he just wanted to get paid and get out. Also he didn't take any notes when I had the estimate done. So when the day came to do the work he had no idea what I wanted for the colors I chose. Very unprofessional. I called them back a couple weeks ago to get some work done on that downspout since it is now causing issues with my retaining wall. There was no answer and I left a voicemail. They never returned my call.. Update 7/13/21: A team came out to fix my downspout issue today and they did a fantastic job. They had great communication to make sure the job was done to my liking. They even fixed another downspout I was having issues with. Everything looks awesome. They were very professional and made sure I was taken care of. My experience this time was very pleasant and they definitely have earned my business back.
