  Had a great experience with Dirksen Roofing. I first had them out about 8 years ago to re-flash around my chimney as I had lots of seepage coming down below the roof line. Fixed right the first time and never had any more problems. This past summer, I had a leak around one of my roof vents. Once again, a prompt and effective repair was made. I also had him do an assessment of my roof as I knew it was probably around 25 years old and the shingles were definitely getting worn. He gave an honest assessment along with two courses of action that I could do this year or next. I ultimately had him put a new roof on in late August and it looks great. James does his own work and is very conscientious. He listened to my concerns about certain areas on the roof. He kept me up to date each day when I came home from work. He ended up having to replace some items that were not anticipated in the quote but found a way to work everything in by having some savings on shingle costs so the extra work did not cost me extra. Not many contractors would have done that. Thank you James Dirksen.
