  My experience with Cleveland Roofing began when the water spots have accumulated at the ceiling of my front door entrance which was later identified as an ice build-up damage from an internal heat escaping which accumulated under the roof, especially at the ridge area. The water damage inside my house was minor but visible enough where I knew I needed to address this issue sooner than later. My co-worker highly recommended Cleveland Roofing to take a look at my roofing issue and assured me that the owner Roman will make it right at affordable cost without compromising the product, quality or service. I figured, why not, with free estimates, I have nothing to lose. Reached out to Cleveland Roofing and took the necessary steps of explaining my situation with hints of recommendation though a previous customer of his in hopes of receiving a lower price. Roman came out the next day (with another worker), we met, I showed him internal water damage spots which he quickly checked out and then asked if I was granting him a permission to climb on the roof to evaluate an issue further. About half an hour later, he broke down exactly what the issue was, followed by what caused it and proposed a quick fix/patching solution at lower cost, but recommend doing it right by replacing patio roof for the longevity. He also mentioned that there were multiply visible hail damage spots throughout the roof that will eventually fail and the roof will need to be replaced. I didn’t believe him (thinking it’s just another sales pitch) and asked if he can actually show me the damages which he did. So to be clear, when I heard “hail damage” I expected to see actual major holes or indentations in the roof but I was completely surprised to find nothing but barely visible scrapes or nicks on the shingle that I’d never even know to look for. Long story short, I thought Roman was trying to pull a sales trick on me, however he continued by offering to have an insurance adjuster to come and evaluate hail damages that could result in a free roof. Yes, you heard it right, “FREE ROOF”…, Well nothing is free but the thought of possibly getting an entire roof replaced though an insurance claim (if approved) sounded very appealing to me. Roman also said that his team of experts will work with insurance adjuster from start to finish with little engagment on my part. Without much thought, but much skepticism, I’ve decided to proceed with the hail damage insurance claim. It took about 2-3 weeks before an insurance adjuster came out with Roman and confirmed that there was significant evidence of hail damage on the roof and continued with a report of hail damage on the west side of my siding (who knew)… I never even considered replacing my siding but after showing me clear evidence of hail indents on my metal siding, I figured, might as well replace that too. What I didn’t know is that insurance was only going to cover one side of the siding (west side) which didn’t make any sense as I couldn’t find a matching metal siding from 20+ years past. After going through the numbers with Roman of how much “out of pocket” was going to cost me to have the other three sides of siding replaced, I’ve decided to go ahead and get a new roof, gutters and siding. Forward to present, New Roof, New Siding, very little out of pocket cost results in a Super Happy Satisfied Customer for life! With all that said, I can’t thank Cleveland Roofing team enough with everything they have done for me. Talk about going above and beyond. My highest recommendations!!!   My roof was replaced on time in a professional manner and for a very reasonable price!!! I met Roman (the owner of Cleveland Roofing Inc) as he was finishing my neighbor’s roof. I knew that I had some damage due to strong winds in the past and that my roof was 23 years old. I had already received several quotes for a roof replacement within the last few months from other companies in the area. I had asked Roman to look at my roof and give me (a 4th) quote, this was done the very next day and free of charge. Unlike most of the companies that had already quoted me, Roman went on the roof to diagnose the severity of the damage and took a dozen picture to show me, and even emailed the ones I wanted for my records (his predecessors either used binoculars or just looked at the foot print in order to get a quote). With in 48 hours, he had provided a fully detailed quotation for me to me review. He was not the cheapest quote I had received… However, his quote was much more detailed and easier to read when compared to everyone else. There were a few line items that he included that did not appear on other quotations I had. When I reached out to the previous companies I received quotations from and asked about the line items Roman had included I was told that “they absolutely need to be done, but typically not considered as part of the roof replacement and would be charged for on the final bill”. With the inclusion of these items, only one company was able to beat Cleveland Roofing Inc price, and after many conversions with Roman and the last company it became clear that Cleveland Roofing Inc was offering me a much superior product for an insignificant price difference. I had made up my mind to move forward with Cleveland Roofing Inc. However, with two small kids (sleeping schedules) and 2 dogs it would be very difficult to arrange a weekday that would be convenient for our life style. Roman offered to do this replacement on a Sunday without any negotiations, delays, or additional charges. Within 2 weeks the job started and finished in one day, on a Sunday when I was able to have my family out of the house. I also asked for all debris to be picked up and moved off of the property, especially nails and sharp aluminum cut offs (especially due to kids and dogs). When I had returned that evening, I could not believe that someone was at my house, replaced the entire roof, hauled away all debris material and left nothing but a thank you note on our front door. I have walked the perimeter of the house many times with a magnet since the roof replacement and have not found a single nail, piece of metal, shingle, aluminum scrap or anything else relating to the roof replacement on my grass or the flower beds. The roof has held up great with absolutely no issues or problems to speak of. Roman had even reached out to me many times just to check up and see if there were any issues that needed his attention, the answer was “no” every single time. I could not recommend Cleveland Roofing Inc enough to someone that has any roofing issues or needs. I just wish I could find a carpenter that could provide the same level of professionalism, timeliness, and quality that Cleveland Roofing Inc provided.

  Roman and his team are amazing. We have an essentially flat roof that was leaking. He was able to come out at the end of a snowstorm nonetheless to give us a bid. As soon as we had a break in the weather, they arrived and hit the ground running. He was very familiar with this type of roof and knew exactly what needed to be done. They went above and beyond what was expected. Will definitely use Cleveland Roofing in the future.
