Install was fine but the so called monitoring is just a bunch of bull. Can't get anyone to allow you to actually monitor each panel, currently putting out less then they should-the inverter went out after 1 year and they never notified us(hence they REALL DON'T MONITOR) We had to notify them then it took weeks to get a new inverter from Solar Edge. So basically once they take your money and say they will monitor the system they don't. It's a huge problem that they refuse to address.

Hi M – We think there was a misunderstanding here. While we offer the ability for customers to monitor their own systems, Citadel does not actively monitor customers’ systems on their behalf. We’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated. In any case, we are always happy to come out and troubleshoot when customers’ systems aren’t performing as expected. Citadel were easy to work with and their sales person (Gideon) was very knowledgeable. During installation the main contact (Ticia) was a great communicator and got me answers every time as and when I needed them. They did the install as planned and did very clean work. I bought solar and batteries so that we have power during PGE outages. Very happy.
