  Several years ago they remodeled our front porch & did a beautiful job. Most recent work was the the replacement off all windows in our older home. All jobs were done on time & as priced. They are a pleasure to work with.

  Roofing wasn't completed properly. Now I have thousands of dollars in damage to my house. Extremely unprofessional in how they are handling the situation.

  finally able to reply to Stephen's review: Mr. Pawlikowski signed a contract to replace his roof- which is not leaking- then a separate contract for his deck which was completed right after the roof. He asked why we never replaced the shingles on his chimney Apparently the builder placed shingles over his false chimney resulting in years of damage and rot (see his pictures) We explained multiple times that we don't work on chimneys and if we did know about the damage we would've replaced at a cost or would've referred him to a chimney specialist. We would not have replaced the shingles on the chimney as it voids the warranty because shingles are not meant to be laid flat. Bottom line, our contract plainly states "roof"; nowhere does it is say we would work on his chimney. Stephen complained to the BBB with this same review and we responded promptly. Threads can be found on the BBB website. We presented our case and requested an arbitration hearing which is a binding hearing and can be enforced by the court. Mr Pawlikowski never responded to our request, BBB closed the case as "answered". We feel we handled we handled this very professionally.

  Requested a quote for a front porch rehab and had an apt scheduled. They cancelled on me and said just send pictures. I let them know it’s hard to show what I wanted done in the pictures and after two weeks they fi Alex gave me a quote. They wouldn’t say what it was for just “maintenance free modern materials”. I said I didn’t want that, just the railings and floorboards replaced with new wood ones. The quote was triple what four other companies in the area said it would be and they included detailed pricing. They try to take advantage of people and overcharge hoping people will bite when your project isn’t as “worthy” as others. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend!

  Even though this has been over a year, I wasn't able to respond to it and am very happy to be able to do so now. Ms Claudia Miller emailed us asking us for a quote on sanding & painting her front porch and replacing rotted boards. I went back thru my emails to count how many times she was told we don't do this type of work. She'd already had 3 or 4 quotes and was looking for someone cheaper because she didn't want to put alot of money in it since she was moving. She was informed in our first email conversation that we don't do this type of work but she insisted and because I did have to cancel her appt due to a scheduling conflict, I told her to go ahead and send some pics of her porch and we would let her know what we could do. Her pictures were reviewed and we emailed her with a quote for a "maintenance free" composite porch. She responded and repeatedly told me what she wanted and I explained repeatedly that's not what we do. We hope she was able to find someone to help her out.
