  The whole team is a breeze to work with. They were great at communicating and were able to make my ideas come to life. Highly recommend if you are looking for designers in the lakes area.

  There is a serious lack of communication between costumer and contractor. I also didn’t like some of his work and he said we were to picky and he wished he had never accepted this job. We can agree on that! Also he never did fix the issue. We are definitely not happy with the outcome.

  We strive to work with anyone who seeks to work with us, however, it is the unfortunate truth that we are not going to always have a natural connection with some clients (and with this project there ended up being a large gap in expectation versus what was presented both in person and virtually). We also strongly encourage that our clients take advantage of the use of our subs because of the trust that we have acquired with specific professionals over the years. In this case, we respectfully let our client take the reins on the electrical portion of their project, (where an underlying framing issue was discovered). A face to face meeting was held in order to come up with an appropriate solution to the clients concerns.
