  EXCELLENT & QUICK SERVICE. I had a loose piece of siding hanging off my roof. They answered the phone during an ice storm and had Ed come out to my house the very next day. Excellent excellent excellent! Suggesting Cardinal to everyone I know!

  If you select Cardinal Catastrophe, please be aware they regularly promote releasing depreciation on work not performed and telling the homeowner they can pocket the money. This is insurance fraud that leaves the homeowner at risk if caught by their insurance company. For example, if insurance covered gutters, and only the roof was completed, the only depreciation that should be released is the roof. When CCS releases depreciation for the gutters and you pocket the money, instead of completing the gutters, you are committing insurance fraud. By googling, you will find this is a fact, regardless of what CCS tells you.

  Cardinal Catastrophe is an A++ company all around. We are thankful that our insurance company required two bids. Being new to the roof replacement process, we called the first (big name) company we could think of, well that company came out and didn't give us the time of day and expected their name alone to win our business. Then we were referred by a friend to CARDINAL and they blew the competition away. Their professionalism and thoroughness when quoting our home was A+. They walked us through each step of they way so there wouldn't be any surprises. They explained the advantages to their products and installation process versus the competition. They worked directly with our insurance company and fought to get us more reimbursement money as Cardinal picked up on areas of hail damage that the insurance company did/chose not to detect. Ask to work with Pete F! He was an extreme professional who was very knowledgeable, always readily available and made the entire process go smoothly. Roof installation done same day, crew did a great job of cleanup as well! This company is top notch and is a MUST CALL - will be referring them any time I can.
