  First I would like to thank Dave for being professional and courteous. We had Burkholder construction build a pole building for us. They do excellent work and when they start the job they finish it in a very short time. We liked them so well that we also had them install a ceiling in the building. I would highly recommend them!!! Thanks again Dave your help has been greatly appreciated!!!

  Bought a house 10/01/21 that they had done a roof on in 2018, the roof didn't pass inspection, missing flashing, drained improperly and has shingles popped up. They claim they don't do transferable warranties but said they would do an estimate on their own work lol. This is a 360k house with a 1k roof job. Terrible, I'm no roofer and I could have done a better job.
