  I ordered roofing materials from first source, everything was supposed to be delivered Friday.I called them in the early afternoon to make sure everything was still good and I was assured that my material will be delivered. At 4:30 in the afternoon I received a call stating that they were no longer able to deliver my material until the following Monday due to the fact that their drivers worked too much overtime. I had hired workers to be at my house on Saturday morning to do my roofing. Then I was told if I wanted to get the roofing myself I had half an hour to get there before they closed. I will never do business with this company again, I’m in sales myself and I know if I treated the customer this way I would be fired. Thanks for nothing Cory and Cynthia I really appreciate it. As I was getting the material loaded into my truck one of the yard guys his last name is Ralph told me that he would load half of it in my truck and the other half in his truck and he would bring it to my house after work thank you so much for that. At least there was one decent person in that store.

  Hi, Brenda - I am very sorry for the delivery delay and the inconvenience I know it caused. Our drivers' safety is paramount to us and part of this is abiding by DOT drive time limits. I wish we had been able to give you more of a heads up on the delay. Our dispatchers do their best to watch the schedules and notify as soon as possible if there is going to be an issue and I'm sorry that came so late - especially on a Friday.   Man that helped me seemed fairly condescending, since I am a woman. Did not have good selection of trim boards. Had worse experience at triple s this morning than that though. Ace had very few options, but I didn't expect much for that particular item from Ace anyway.
