  We have ALWAYS used Blanco roofing. They installed the roof on our previous home and also the rental that we built. I have always bragged about their work and have recommended them to numerous friends and family members who have also used them. When we built our new home in 2017 I never could get a hold of them. I later found out that it was because their business and all of their homes flooded. Completely understandable. We used a different roofer on our current house for that reason. Last week I noticed a large shingle fell off of our rental property where the porch meets the house. I called Blanco and left a voicemail. A week passed and nobody called me back. I called this Monday. An appointment was scheduled for this Wednesday. No time was given. I was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes - 1 hour before arrival. Wednesday came and went. Nobody called or showed up. I called back on Thursday. The lady said she could not get a hold of the guy who was supposed to come. I let several hours pass. I called again. She said he gave our job to his dad and wasn't sure if he came or not. I called again this morning (Friday). The lady still had no answers and said everyone left for vacation and they could call me back in a week. Seriously? My appointment was 2 days ago!! I am completely disappointed in this company that I used to recommend ALL THE TIME. With the lack of communication and customer service skills I have no idea how they are still in business.

  Terrible customer service. Have keep me waiting 2 1/2 weeks to have a simple roof repair done and have never showed up. Now I'm in a situation where my repair is not done and we have a possible Cat. 3 Hurricane Ida heading our way. In today's business world I'm surprised that they treat their customers in this manner. After repeated calls and being told that I was on their list for that particular day or that particular week and still NO ONE SHOWED UP -- deplorable way to treat customers If they thought my repair was to small of a job to be bothered they should have told me from the beginning so I could contact someone else. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will pas my experience with them on to all I know.

  Horrible!!!! They came for a quote and to start they were two hours late with no phone call. They took the measurements and said they would call me with a quote. Never heard from them, then when I called back several times they said they were still working on it. That was after 3 weeks. I understand if someone is busy but tell me you are to busy or don’t want the job. Would pay double the price before I ever use their non professional company wish I could leave no stars
