  I got six proposals to re-roof my home near Alexandria. Better Homes was one of the lower bids. But I did not select them because of that. I selected them because they seemed to really want my business. Three other contractors never even called me back to ask for my business after giving me an estimate. When I called back to Better Homes for additional work to the original quote, they sent over the rep, Dan B. within a day and answered several questions and provided more detail to their original quote. On the day they came to do the roof, they did a complete tear-off and re-shingle in one day. They left my yard 99.5% clean and they did not wreck the shrubs around the house while doing the tear off. What little refuse I did find in the next few days could have been easily overlooked and took 5 minutes to dispose of. The next day when I inspected the roof in the light of day I had one small problem. I called Dan B and he responded quickly. They sent out a supervisor to come out and fix the problem to my satisfaction before presenting me with an invoice. I am very pleased with the work they have provided and am very happy with the price. I would use them again for a roof or repair work.

  I called Better Homes to give me a price on a new roof ....Steve B.came checked it out was back in a few days with a quote ..he was so kind & patient ...answered my many questions .. I had other repairs on my house ..he took the time to look at them & advised me .. The roofers were here on time ..they were hard workers very quite & polite ..they did excellent job from start to finish !! Clean up was perfect !! I am so happy with my new roof !! I am so impressed with this company ..I'm hiring them for some other jobs in my home !!! They treat you like a friend !! Thank you Steve B . And Better Homes ..I will see you soon ..my list of projects keeps multiplying :)

  Came to my house and were honest that I didn’t need a roof replaced at this point. They easily could have sold me on something I didn’t need, but were honest and gave me some tips on things I could do myself. I appreciate that from a company! When my roof DOES need to be replaced, I’ll be calling these guys.
