  Eric Fuery and his crew were great to work with. Very professional and explained the whole process of tearing the old roof off to all the new materials being installed. The crew work from start to finish and only took a lunch break. They cleaned up every piece of materials when they finished the roof. Eric walked me around after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied with the work. GREAT JOB! I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs..

  Be very careful, while the office staff and salesman at Best Choice are very friendly and generally responsive, they contract out their roofer needs and thus your service ends up being only as good as the roofer you get pair with. The roofer assigned to us was Mark. While they were removing our old roof, they bent our gutters that hang in front of the porch, and when it rained it completely washed out our flowerbeds. We reported the issue and just expected they would come back out, bend the gutter back, and move on. A month after reporting the issue to the office we had no call or sign of the roofer, so we reported the issue again to the office staff. Mark ended up following up, which was only the second time we had seen him, as he was not present during the roof installation. Mark explained to us that it must have been like that before and that they did not do it during the installation. I explained we sit on our front porch all the time when it rains and it was not until after his crew was on my roof that gallons of water pour out the gutter every time it rains. He could see the roots of our plants where the water had run off so much dirt and the dirt was located at the end of the flowerbed in the grass (note grass, meaning grass was there, not dirt. As we said this is a new issue and thus grass could grow there before). I reiterated it was not like that before and it need to be fix. There is much more to the story as the saga stretched out over several months, but in the end I had to give up on them helping and just pay the second half of what was owed as they threaten not to honor the warranty on the roof. Just do not want anyone out there to get pulled in by excellent service from their salesman and office staff, only to be extremely disappointed when the actual roofer doing the work for you does not care.

  The new roof was put on mid 2016. Nails, roofing debris and soda bottles were left all around including in the trees after unsuccessfully being tossed off the roof. The first leak was in November 2017. Second leak was February 2018. Took 4 months to receive a check to repair the damages. October 2020 update: a new leak has developed and is currently causing more damage to our interior. Someone came out to look at it almost right away but couldn't fix it. The leak was reported on October 8 to the company. The leak was repaired in October 28.
