  I WAS PLEASED WITH Bella Roofing in the beginning. and then I wrote the review. but Bella Roofing never finished the job and I made the mistake per the inspector of paying him before the job was finished and I am stuck with water still coming in on my flat roof. I am disappointed and the Shaker Heights inspector is not approving his work . My ROOF IS A MESS . My tiles need to be put back on the roof and Bella Roofing has never completed the job I am extremely disappointed. My house is going on the market soon and of course the buyer will take the only recourse. I do not recommend this Roofer at all.
