We waited to get our roof repaired after a severe hail storm in the Leander / Cedar Park area back in the Spring, and some of our existing issues we had with our roof (beforehand) got worse. We spoke to a couple roofers, but ended up moving forward with Balcones. Karl & Kevin are awesome. Great people, excellent attention to detail, and good customer service overall. We're really happy with the end result.

These guys get it! Karl helped get my roof covered by insurance from recent hail which was a blessing! He also suggested wood fascia & siding repairs along with exterior paint and new gutters. He told me what no other roofer would and I agreed with him. I needed a lot more than just a roof. Balcones made the necessary wood repairs, pressure-washed and painted my entire house, installed a brand new architectural roof AND gutters all in ONE WEEK. Their communication, organization, scheduling and execution was impressive and super fun to work with!

We hired Balcones Roofing to replace our 20 year old roof in Austin that had a few leaks. Karl discovered hail damage during an inspection and assisted us with filing a claim which later was covered. They offered financing but because of his expertise with insurance claims, there was no need for it. At no point did he push a sale on us and took the time to educate us on our roof's condition, products and insurance. He was patient, understanding and was great to deal with. The installation went as planned and Kevin, the project manager, was onsite and ensured everything was cleaned up at the end. We love our new roof and thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. We recommend this company!
