Jay was very easy to work with and the communication was flawless. Jay's crew worked in our Hot wether in Paso Robles. Even with the drive up they worked 8 hour days and there were no gaps in our job. We searched for a deck contractor in Paso Robles and came across Arroyo Grande Deck & Fence they actually answered the phone when we called. I thought it was a call answering service and Jay was out to our house the next day. The deck building they did for us was a beautiful Havana Gold Trex Transcend we chose the color for the heat in Paso Robles. They also installed a transparent roof with Trex white railing. They asked us so many questions to make sure we got what we paid for. The thing that stands out the most is the foreman everyday knocked on the door and asked "are you happy" even the owner asked me all the time "are you happy" I really can't say enough good things about this decks builder!

Jay and his team were a joy to work with. Jay was great at keeping me updated at all times and was very responsive with my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my color choices. His team was very professional and excellent at cleaning up after themselves.

Completely unprofessional, came out to do measurements for my house and my neighbors front decks and after 3 weeks of waiting and multiple calls and promises to us, we still can’t even get a quote. Apparently business is going so good that they can just hand pick all their jobs. I wish I was that lucky. If you’re eager to get some new decking, DO NOT GO HERE, go elsewhere as this company is sloooooow and as shown they don’t care about potential customers.
