  AAA Window and siding is the only company that we choose to work on our home. Our first project was gutter installation and it was done in a few hours, the crew was kind and friendly, and the process was really easy and fast. The final product looked amazing. Since our gutters looked better than the rest of our house so we called them again to do a few more projects. They installed 2 picture windows and new siding. Our house looks fresh and beautiful. We are planning a few more projects in the future and we will call AAA when we are ready. My family is on a budget since the pandemic started and AAA worked with us and gave us some incredible deals. The sales team, staff, and workers are so friendly. It has always been a pleasure talking with them. We have worked with Nathan, Melissa, Tina, Jason, Kenny, Jack, and many others who have helped us with our home. They give great advice, are timely, communicate and give updates frequently before, during, and after each project. It is almost like being a part of their family. I would recommend AAA to anyone and look forward to our next project with them.

  2nd time using this company. 1st time, for gutters was great, but 2nd time for garage roof we were not that happy. The roofers did an adequate job, but took 5 1/2 months to start instead of the promised 2 months. Did return phone calls or reach out to inform us of delay. They left us 3 or 4 shingles just in case but threw away at least 1/2 a package of shingles. Then said we be asked to pay more because Estimator didn't tell them they needed boards instead of plywood. Except contract says bid includes all parts & labor. Pull off dumpster left in driveway without scheduled pickup date keeping us from using driveway. Can't really recommend them.

  I had a representative , Rich, come over to look at my NEW roof. I had an eve that was starting to rot, and it started after my roof was done. I took a look and found my gutters full of the shingles I just put on last year. He was early, and I actually flagged him to come inside. He said that I shouldn’t worry because newer roofs were supposed to lose that much of the grit, and it was not a roofing issue after all. Turns out the gutters were just not working and had been filling with grit instead of getting rid of it. That’s why water had made its way back behind and rotted out a piece of wood. Then… several feet away there was damage from the same opening where the water pooled. I would have never guessed something that small could do that much damage that quickly. After putting on the new gutters and the guard I will never have to get on a ladder again, and one lucky roofing company didn’t get an earful. 5 stars. Btw… ladder for Sale! First come first serve.
