  Chris and his team did great, from beginning to end of the project. I contacted and met with a lot of roofers to do my homework since a quality roof replacement is a critical part of a house's integrity. Chris was exceptionally helpful during his assessment visit and was responsive in communication following that. I liked working with him and felt comfortable asking questions. His team paid good attention to the weather and were able to get the job done with great timing. The team was respectful and good to work with. The detailed work done around the complex features of the house was impressive. I would recommend Twin for anyone trying to find a quality roofer who stands by their work, and I'd be happy to work with them again.

  Chris and his team of roofers did an excellent job of replacing my roof and gutters. Chris was very thorough with the roof inspection and recommended that I have some chimney repairs prior to the roof installation so not to damage the new roof. He also scheduled the work on a day I could take time off and be at home. The roof was done in 1 day and all of the employees were professional and very neat. The roof and gutters look great and I have received several compliments on how nice they make my house look! Twin Improvements definitely gets my recommendation!

  Even during a pandemic, Chris and his crews provided excellent service and value. I would recommend Twin Improvements without hesitation for any roofing, gutter and siding work. Everything went very smoothly and communication was exceptionally good. Twin Improvements will show up when they say they will, complete the work on time and clean up.
