  They did a decent job on the roof but there was no communication at all which was very frustrating.

  Carol, We appreciate your feedback! We understand that you feel there was insufficient communication on our part. As you were the seller of the property in question, there were multiple parties we were in communication with throughout the process. The buyers were making big decisions about shingle colors and scheduling, which may have delayed the process, as well. Although we recognize your frustration, we are happy to hear that a quality job was still completed - and we hope to have your continued business in the future!
