  Overall, I was extremely pleased with getting a new roof on my new-to-me home. After a frustrating process to even get responses from a few other contractors, Dominic met with me, gave estimates, answered questions, and oversaw the roofing installation within a quick few weeks. He was a genuine non-pressure sales person and very knowledgeable. The roofing team were very hard working, completing my home and garage within one 12 hour day! Clean up was as thorough as can be with minor little things for me to handle (and considering it was almost dark when they left I was impressed!). Additionally, they found a bird's nest with an egg and safely relocated it. I also arranged new gutters through Tip Top and those were done immediately after my new roof was installed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for a seamless process from start to finish. I will note my overall cost was higher than the estimate, but with clear communication and documentation (including pictures) along the way to explain why. Still very affordable and lower than other estimates I received (and certainly friendlier/more informative). Thank you very much!

  Excellent service from start to finish. Outstanding information and communication throughout. Hardest working crew I've ever seen. Arrived early, worked non-stop all day until the job was finished after the sun went down. Very much appreciate the work of Dominic, the crew, and all the folks at Tip Top Roofing. Strongly recommend.
