  We hired Kevin at Storm Guard to do multiple houses that my company contracted to repair. After the first homes roof replacement, choosing SG as our roofer for the second home was an easy decision! Their professionalism and attention to detail is off the charts…..highly recommend Storm Guard New Bern.!!!!

  Storm Guard did an amazing job installing our new roof. They provided a nice package which included shingle styles and colors, license credentials, proof of insurance, and warranty information. The owner Kevin went out of his way to help us get a proper insurance settlement. He even went on our roof to show the claims adjuster the current conditions of the shingles. (The adjuster refused to go on the roof by the way). We were on a time sensitive house closing which inspection required a new roof quickly and Kevin adjusted his work schedule to fit us in. We had 4 estimates from other companies and Storm Guard was by far the most impressive. They weren't the cheapest nor highest quote received. I generally don't give reviews but Storm Guard's professionalism, quality workmanship, response time, insurance assistance, and cost, deserved a review and 5 star rating from us. We highly recommend Storm Guard for your roofing needs. Contact other roofing contractors and you will see why we chose Storm Guard. Kevin, you were a life-saver. Thank you so much

  Storm Guard replaced my roof after the hurricane. It took a while for them to get started but I believe that was related to insurance issues and the large number of projects they had post hurricane. They replaced the roof in just one day and it looks great!
