He walked us through the process and made us aware of what to expect. He was responsive to our questions and concerns, and went to bat for us with our insurance company.   Mr. Burns did a superior job of guiding me through the roof replacement process after discovering wind and hail damage on our roof. I had no experience with roof replacement, so Mr. Burns helped me navigate the steps I needed to follow while in communication with our insurer, and he patiently and conscientiously answered my many questions every step of the way. The installation was perfectly staged in advance, all materials were delivered to my residence on time, and the roof replacement team did superior work as they carefully removed our old roof and installed our new roof, all within about 8 hours. We are exceedingly pleased with our new roof and the enhanced curb appeal of our home.
