  There is no job too big or too small for LLoyd Contracting. Richard Lloyd was referred to us by a Real Estate Broker client who had been using Rich's services for years. Our Job was a complete roof removal down to bear wood and installation of new dimensional shingles on an 8,000 square feet building. Rich came with a large crew and completed the work in less than 2 days. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend LLyod Contracting to anyone looking for roofing or siding work done.   I scheduled roof work with Richard Lloyd on Monday to start a job Friday...(he chose the day) on my roof and he texted me at 5 am to cancel! I asked why and he says he doesn’t explain himself to anyone! I altered my schedule, took off from work etc. He canceled 2 hours before the work was to begin and got an attitude with me. I don’t know him personally but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM based on UNPROFESSIONAL attitude! Then says I should get someone else to do the work!
