  Posting for customer Carmen Katasse - thank you 😊 I am giving this company 5 stars. He contacted me immediately to set up a date for an estimate. It wasn’t a big job and in my experience small is never a priority. However, he showed as promised the following week, did a great job and the cost with labor and materials was way below my expectations. I highly recommend Rain Country.

  Failed to show. Rain country answered phone and took my info and job description. Said somebody would come by tomorrow to do a quote. Person never showed up. They emailed me two weeks later asking if I was still interested. I said yes, but it's important to show up or at least call to cancel. They flaked out again. Can't really describe their work because I couldn't even get them to show up. Good luck to you.

  Never got past the initial attempt at scheduling an estimate. We played phone tag briefly than I could never reach them & they never returned my phone messages. I had the office phone & one of the principal's cell phone so I know they got my messages. Disappointing but on the other hand, it's just gutter work not brain surgery!
