  I ordered a carport from QOP here in Blairsville, GA. I was told 3 to 4 weeks. Six weeks later not one call from the installers. I had to call them. They said the end of the week. I stay home from work on Friday. No call no show. I called the dealer here in Blairsville extremely pissed off on Saturday. Installers did not answer the phone of course. They called my wife's phone Saturday and said definitely Tuesday. These installers could not be more ignorant of how to run a business. Communication is everything. I am afraid to even let them install it at all. Lost all trust. No recommendation here.

  Well I ordered a carport twelve weeks ago and after weeks of stalling and lying about when they were going to install it-- I finally went back to the gas station where the demonstration carport was set up and demanded my down payment back. They refunded it. I wish I would have read other google reviews about the company before I used them. I'm not sure what part of "Quality" they stand for-- but it certainly isn't customer service and honesty. Heed and be forewarned.

  Friendly knowledgeable staff and a great product! Quality is not just their name it's what they deliver... All their building materials are made at there facility is the good old USA! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom metal carport, enclosure or storage buildings... on up to full size barns and shops. Great bunch of folks! Rob Neilson.
