  Very prompt and professional. Had other companies give us bids but this was the only one that took the time to explain products and upgrades. James was great to work with. Had a small issue with a power vent after new roof guys were out first thing the next morning and got it all fixed. Very happy with this company.

  They are nice people but are not responsive, and can't seem to complete a simple roof and gutter replacement on a cabin. I owe them money and they don't return phone calls or emails. Very frustrating. They don't seem to have good control of their subs and have little idea of the status of their projects.

  I had several companies out all of them offered to replace my roof for what insurance paid but James from Ozarks Roofing explained so much more and educated me on what I am entitled to. He reached out to the insurance and actually got me more money then what they had originally paid out. they did a spectacular job and great clean up. Thank you guys.
