  Michael Vance was so amazing with the work that was done on our roof. No only was he a life saver he has such an amazing and wonderful personality, very professional and he was right on time. I would recommend him to anyone in need of any roofing jobs. He's the man. Thanks again ❤

  I work for a large commercial property company & in my experience I know how annoying it can be to have to come behind someone that did not apply a high standard to a project, this was the situation Michael & his company saved my family & I from losing our roof. Michael was referred by a close friend of the family and after dealing with another contractor out of Hopkinsville needless to say I was pretty "gun shy" using another contractor out of the same area. Michael was provided with all the facts that I knew about the last guy that he knew of his work, but kept it all professional & stated what he could & would do. The roof was repaired & I have not had any issues & I do plan on using his services in the future. In today's "different" times being comfortable with whom you send your money with can make any experience worthwhile Michael Vance Contracting is in the business of being professional & creating a brand that is known throughout the state.

  I worked there for a year and half and they do good, quality work for reasonable prices!! They did my new roof and I am very satisfied the services they provide at affordable prices! Highly recommend these folks!
