  Shawn Painter and his crew really exceeded our expectations today when we hired Legacy to replace our gutters. Not only did they get the job done quickly but they did it days earlier than expected, and in less favorable weather. Shawn called/texted me while I was at work to give me brief but helpful updates, and even asked for my opinion on downspout placement preferences before doing the work, ensuring I’d be happy with the end result. This guy knows his stuff. Thank you Shawn, Cole, KB, and Legacy crew. A very small job compared to their normal portfolio, but the quality of work & strive for customer satisfaction did not slouch a bit.

  Tyler and his team were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Over the course of this project, any question I had was addressed immediately. Tyler was responsive within the minute and broke everything down for me in an easy to understand manner. He worked with my insurance company and helped explain what they did not. The response time was exceptional and the service was fantastic. The end result has turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Not only that, Tyler was very helpful and flexible with certain needs that I had for this project to make it run very smooth. When we first started this project, we had a chance to meet Tyler and discuss our ideas and plans for reroofing our home. At that time we knew that Legacy was the one that we wanted to go with, just because he was so forthright and honest and again easy to work with. This was a big positive for us given that we’ve never done a project of this scale, so it eased any concerns we had. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for prompt response times, easy communication, fantastic outcomes, and comfort knowing they want the job done right.

  Working with Legacy Roofing has been a great experience!!! Roman Coffman, our Legacy representative, has been very accessible and easy to work with. From filing our claim to choosing materials, Legacy has been highly competent and made the process very simple. Legacy is even assisting us with solar options. Legacy has met and exceeded every expectation with our roofing needs.
