  BEWARE! Future customers beware! You do NOT want this company doing your work! SEEK OTHER INSTALLERS! This company is NOT a Hardie Board installer. Several subcontractors sent to do the work. Four teams walked off the job (maybe not getting paid?) and the ones that did try and complete, used mismatched materials, incorrect materials, incorrect installation, generally sloppy work, all which has compromised the warranty provided by James Hardie. Owner is not reputable, nor did he provide the work he agreed to do in his contract. 5 months and 5 crews later, this mess is what I'm left with.

  Customer refused to pay the $17,000 owed saying work was less than satisfactory. The question is why did she wait till we were 99% complete to complain or say anything. That’s right just didn’t want to pay. Her lender was in on the funds not being released as well.
