  Dawn is absolutely one of the rudest people I've had the misfortune of speaking with. This company does not quote what you ask for, and when you ask for corrections to be made they do not return calls or requests in anything resembling a timely fashion.

  Called this company from a referral and when they bid the job, they said they could start in 2 weeks. Well after waiting 3.5 weeks with no call or contact, I called to see the problem. No answer do I left a message. They called one morning with no notice as no said they could do it that day. I had doctors appointment that day but they said we didn't have to be home as long as they had electricity. They came as we was leaving and my husband told them that the extensions had to be put back, which he had already told the salesman before we signed for them to do the job. When we got home, only have of the Downspouts had extensions, so I called the office and was told that they would take care of it. Well I mailed the payment for the invoice thinking that the job would be completed. Called again, a crew showed up but only had white on their truck, our gutters are clay. First lesson beware if they don't start as promised. Second lesson, don't pay before they complete the job. Very upset trying to get the job completed.

  Pam and her organization have been excellent to deal with. As a small general contractor we frequently have need for smaller gutter projects and repairs and Fields has always served our clients well and at a reasonable cost.
