  I recently had the pleasure to use Elite Group for a home inspection in Altadena, CA. The general home inspector Bill Drummond arrived early, and immediately started his inspection. We also had a second Elite inspector Ryan Ward perform the sewer inspection. Both inspectors we thorough, detailed, and reported their findings with easy to follow reports. I have used this company many times, and have always been satisfied with the inspections.

  Elite inspection provided the best inspection services ever! I was debating rather to get the basic plan or the premium plus plan which is about $500 difference. I am glad I chose the premium plus ($949) because it gave me a wide scope of problems on the house I’m trying to buy. They were very punctual, detailed-oriented, and professional! I was expecting only 2 hours, but they took their time on checking everything from the foundation of the house to plumbing, termites check, sewer, AC heating/cooling, roof, artic, insulation, sprinkler system, and appliances check too! There were about 5 people in the crew. Two of main guys stayed from 2pm to 7pm. Some of the time were answering my questions and explaining things to me. I was there during the whole process, so I saw how much work they put into inspection. It was well worth my money in my opinion. Philip, the lead of the team, even showed me where the main electrical panel and the shut off water valve is at. Everyone were so nice and approachable. Not only did they list all the defects and problems of the house but gave me recommendations and solutions how I can fix it. I am so happy for their excellent services. I would for sure do business with them again!

  The Inspector was very friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. He was also very thorough and checked every window, faucet, appliance, etc. He also made sure to double check that he locked, and turned off anything that he had turned on before leaving. For my first house inspection it was an excellent experience. I definitely recommend this company. Since I had a short time table he was able to get me the report quickly.
