  Remodeled the Austin Hotel (now named "The Hotel Hot Springs" In Hot Springs for me. They did an excellent Job. I would hire them again for any project. They always kept me updated with daily progress reports, which is important in the corporate world.

  We hired Kenneth Cook in March 2016 for a 6x9 foot bathroom remodel. Our bathroom is still in complete shambles. He will not return our calls or messages and has blocked us on Facebook.

  Actually we did what we said we would do, and you kept adding stuff on and we had to increase the price with a change order, and then you didn't want to pay the extra so we took pictures for our records and we allowed you to reconsider before closing the job out. We literally have all this on record. We literally did every single thing we wrote in the contract. And I never blocked anyone, that's just a lie, in fact we sent you a Christmas Card, Try again
