  I contacted this business after the large April hailstorm that hit the Norman, Oklahoma area at the end of the month. I knew I had roof damage, like everyone else. My house was under contract and I was moving out of state in four days. The closing for the house was in less than two weeks. I contacted several roofers, including David Fries. Two of the companies I contacted, were local, and were out within 24 hours. Both assured me they could get the work done on my timeline. David Fries roofing told me they would put me on a list to inspect my roof. I never heard from them again. Got my roof and gutters done and closed on time. Today (June 18, 2021), I received a call from David Fries roofing. The caller stated they had mailed me a roof estimate on June 7 which was returned. I explained I had sold my house and moved out of the area and that the roof had been taken care of already. The caller then said "well, thanks for telling me" and hung up on me. I thought the behavior was extremely unprofessional and does not speak well of their business. I never followed up with them because I never heard anything after being added to their "list" of roof inspections.
