  We were having issues with our heat and I reached out to Comfort Pro after 8PM on a Friday night. Nelson responded immediately and was able to come out the next morning to check our unit. Unfortunately, we needed a new one but he squeezed us into his schedule and worked after hours to get a unit installed for us. We can’t recommend Nelson and his team highly enough. He was prompt, professional, very fairly priced and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t go long without heat. Superior customer service and solid work. Thanks Nelson!

  Nelson answered the phone after 6:00 on a Friday night and came by after his two remaining appointments 20 miles away to work on my trailer AC at Pine Haven Campground. His prompt response saved our weekend as our trailer is cooling down from 99 degrees and we're unpacking instead of driving all the way home.   Fantastic service-- make Comfort Pro your first and only phone call! Our AC failed on Monday night and Nelson was here Tuesday morning to inspect and recommend repair/ replacement options. By Saturday we had an entire new unit delivered, installed, and running just before temperatures really began to climb. He truly saved us! I called at least 7 companies and these guys not only answered the phone but showed up same day! Very grateful for their prompt service at great value. Highly recommend!
