  I have worked with numerous other roofing companies in Colorado. Colorado Weather Coatings is one of the best. They arrived when they said the would. Worked quickly and efficiently. They arrived with all the necessary materials and had back up supplies should the initial plan change. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves! I was very happy with our interaction and highly recommend them for future projects.

  Having a facility with several buildings, it can be challenging to find good contractors. These days just getting someone to answer the phone or call back seems like a miracle. We've used them for three buildings now, one in 2019, and then two this year. Rich and Clay do a great job, no up-sell, just good advice on how they would do it if it were their own roof. They've been around a long time and came highly recommended. It was their system/method that brought us to them. We were looking for a fluid/spay applied membrane/coating system, to give a us a watertight seal, with a seamless coating across the entire roof. They use Everest products, with a focus on the prep work: cleaning the old surface, tightening or replacing the old hardware, priming, sealing seams and hardware, and then doing a double topcoat. We were very happy with first roof, so we had them back to do two more. We have one building left to do at our facility, and we will have them back once it's time to do that roof too.

  Rich and his team at Colorado Weather Coatings do phenomenal work. They are committed to customer satisfaction and go to great lengths to ensure their work is first rate. Their attentiveness to detail and their thoroughness is remarkable. Our roofing project was quite unusual and it required skill and special techniques for which they were prepared. They exercised precaution in making certain everything was protected and meticulously cleaned the work site everyday. They stayed on schedule and arrived daily when they said they would. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome and recommend Colorado Weather Coatings highly.
