  I forgot the guys name but they were closed. I went there and he was there just checking on things. I told him I really needed a hanger for a contractor I was missing that they do business with. He opened up shop and got it for me even tho they were closed and he didn’t have too! I know not every location would do that. Twin falls location went out of their way and I’m very great full!

  The manager can't handle small business stuff. Tried to order trusses and I signed them while I was with him, we kept calling to see when he can get them to us, he said 3 weeks. When the time came closer we called for our while package then said we didn't sign off on trusses???? Apparently he can't order unless you confirm with him 3 or 4 times. Now we're are behind. Again bad for small business.
