  This is the 2nd time Bill's Roofing will be working on installing a new roof for us. 1st roofing work lasted over ten years and even with the recent tornado we had no leaks.

  If you go with the low bid, you get what you pay for. I"m still picking up nails from around the house. And forget about having problems fixed once they are done and have your money. They will take your message, but you wont hear back from them.
